At Purpur, we accept returns/exchange for the following reasons:
Issues with size/fit
However, orders placed using promotional codes, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories and bags are not allowed for returns.
Our return & exchange policies are only applicable to Purpur merchandises purchased directly from our Purpur retail stores or online at www.purpur.com.sg. Any other Purpur merchandise purchased from a third party platform not authorized by Purpur, will not be valid for our exchange and return policy.
Returns will be only be in form of store credits with validity of 6 months.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the order's date of purchase and will only be in the form of store credits with validity of 6 months. For all returns, all additional shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will be borne by you and Purpur will not not be held liable for any additional shipping charges, duties and/or taxies. You may also choose to drop the item back at any of our retail outlets which a proof of return and emailed in to us. Any of the original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.
Returns are not allowed for retail store purchases, only applicable for online purchase.

- Merchandise has to be returned within 14 days from approval (applies to local and international orders).
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed, unworn and unscented condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags and in resalable condition.
- Sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during flash sales, with discount codes or store credits), intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
- Orders placed with discount codes and Store Credits issued from promotions or credited from previous items returned are not eligible for return.
Purpur will not be liable for any lost return packages and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us. All return packages will be in your responsibility. Hence, you are advised to mail your return package via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Alternatively, you may choose to return it to any of our physical retail store outlets (that you have indicated in your return request email).
Store Credits will be issued once your return is processed, which will be credited to your account and can be used (partially or in full) to offset online purchases only. Store Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Returns that do not fulfil all conditions will be duly declined and a fee for redelivery will be required.
All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved or guaranteed.
A one time exchange is valid for incorrect order items, defective merchandise and/or issues with size/fit. Exchange request as to be emailed in within 14 days from date of purchase (In-store purchase is only valid for 7 days from date of purchase). Please email in to email@example.com with your order number and the size and/or colour of the merchandise you wish to exchange for. An exchange will only be facilitated if stocks are available. In the event that requested item(s) are out of stock, an online store credit note will be issued to your account accordingly.
Exchange is only allowed for all local(Singapore) order.
If your purchase was made in stores, you will need to head down to the outlet you purchased from with the original receipt and the item to make an exchange.
All exchanges are one to one and item to be exchanged for has to be of an equivalent or lesser value than the purchased item. Should the item you wish to exchange for be of a lower value than the item you purchased, no refunds will be made. However, in the case that the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, a top up is required to match the retail price of the exchange item.
- Exchange is valid on regular-priced items for size and/or colours only.
- Exchange requests are valid within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Exchanges can only be arranged for items that are in stock and orders shipped locally (Singapore).
- Exchanges for online orders can only be arranged to be done at Purpur's retail outlets only. Should you want to opt for standard courier, the mailing fee of $2 shall be borne by you.
- One-time exchange per order allowed.
- Item to be exchanged for has to be of an equivalent or lesser value than the purchased item. No refunds will be given for items that are of lower value. If the item is of a higher value, a top up is required from you.
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed, unworn and unscented condition. Merchandise must have all original tags and in resalable condition.
- Sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during flash sales, with discount codes), intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-exchangeable items are not eligible for exchange.
Your exchange is only confirmed when we give you confirmation via email, no prior reservation of items is guaranteed before our acknowledgement and confirmation.
*Please note that our retail team will not handle online orders except for self-collection parcel collection. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance with your online orders. All online orders that require exchange or return has to be arranged in prior via email. Kindly note that online & retail stores holds different inventory system.
INCORRECT ITEM SENT/MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will be more than happy to process an exchange or send you right away for the item you have originally ordered. We regret to inform you that in the event that the item you have originally ordered is out of stock, we will only be able to offer a replacement item of your choice with the same price point or store credits.
Once you've received your parcel and checked through it, please kindly take a photo of the opened parcel with the items received and the printed invoice. Send this photo with your order number stated in the email to email@example.com and our sales team will respond to you as soon as they can (please allow 2-3 working days for a reply or 3-5 working days during peak periods). Do feel free to submit any other evidence in the email as well. If no images are submitted along with the email, your request will be automatically denied.
In the event that you have received a defective item, please kindly email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field. However, please kindly note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 14 working days from date of original invoice issued.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.
All exchange & return emails will require at least 2-3 working days to be processed (3-5 working days for peak and/or sale periods). We seek your kind understanding as our sales team try their very best to assist you with your concerns.
Purpur reserves the rights to reject any return, refunds or exchanges if any of the ordered products do not meet any of the above terms & conditions. Purpur reserves the rights to amend any of the stated terms & conditions at any point of time.
