To ensure all our customers receive a rightful chance to shop with us, items will only be reserved and packed under the name of invoice recipient upon successful verification of payment.
This usually happen when our system fail to receive your payment details within the stipulated lead time of 24hrs from date/time of original invoice issued.
We are sorry to hear that! If you wish to be notified on its availability, simply select the “NOTIFY ME” button of the respective product image and fill up the simple form!
We do have a dedicated team that religiously keep track of our best-selling items every now and then, hence you may wish to sign up for our mailing list to receive first-hand updates of possible backorders!
We apologize for the quality check slip-up. Please email email@example.com with your order number, and a clear photograph of the area-of-concern. Our pixies will advise you accordingly the next step to take once we assess the defect.
A replacement will be provided for defective returns.
In the event whereby a replacement is no longer in stock, reimbursement will be made in the form of online store credits.
As of November 2016, every transaction is dispatched according to order number.
We do not combine orders.

We regret to inform that no refund(s) will be made for cases like such. Henceforth, we would like to gently remind our customers to always check that all relevant details are correctly entered during point of checkout.
Depending on the nature and context of how the code(s) was derived, it may or may not be accompanied with an expiry date. This will be made known in the according email received.

Representation of items
Our pixies will always make a conscious effort to depict the actual colour swatch on screen to the best they could. However, depending on the screen calibration of the tech device you are using, slight colour variance may occur. This is especially so for apparels with brighter hue.
Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
