Dear all,

With the new measures implemented by our Singapore governments due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all non-essential workplaces will be temporary suspended from Tuesday, 7th April 2020, onwards and that includes Purpur.

All 8 Purpur outlets will be closed temporarily.

Meanwhile, our online store (www.purpur.com.sg) will still remain open as usual and your purchase during this period will be a great help and motivation for us to soldier on!

Here are some important notes for you to shop online:

Parcel Dispatch – Online orders will still be processed during this period of time. However, parcels will only be dispatched 1-2 days per week. Thus, a slight delay will be expected.

*All Self-Collection options will still be available, however, collections will only be available during phase 2 under Safe transition when store operation resumes, or till further notice. Kindly only opt for 'Self-Collection' if you're comfortable with the waiting time.*

New Collections – We will still try our best to launch weekly new collections (every Wednesday, 11am) as there might be delayed shipments from our factories. So do stay tuned with our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) and look forward to shop all things new with us weekly! 

Returns/Exchanges – Exchange and returns will not be available during this period of time. Do email us at sales@purpur.com.sg for further queries or assistance. Our Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you!
