Our logistic team will take 1 - 2 working days to process and pack your parcel following successful receipt of your order.
For all local orders that opt for standard courier service / eligible for complimentary courier service*:
- An additional $2 shipping fee applies which will be automated upon checkout of order.*
- Parcels are delivered via Roadbull Logistics Pte Ltd.
- Tracking of parcel(s) can be done by entering the according consignment number at http://www.roadbull.com or via their mobile app.
- Delivery takes 1 - 3 working days, anytime in between 9am - 10pm.
- For every unsuccessful first delivery attempt, a free re-delivery will be scheduled on the next working day.
- Orders are shipped according to order number. With effect from November 2016, we no longer accept order combination request(s).
Do kindly check that you have provided us with a valid local mobile number as our courier may drop you a text/call should there's no one around to receive the parcel during point of delivery.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address reflected on the invoice. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

In the rare event whereby you did not managed to receive your parcel within the stipulated time frame, do feel free to drop our customer care service team an email at email@example.com and we will expedite a check for you.

For all orders that opt for self-collection at any of our retail store:
- Collection can be done at your indicated outlet within 1 - 3 working days. Please kindly refer to the auto-generated shipment update email for more information.
