Return & Exchange

At Purpur, we accept returns for the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect Items
  • Defective Items
  • Issues with size/fit

However, orders placed using promotional codes, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories and bags are not allowed for returns.


Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed only for regular priced items. Please email us at sales@purpur.com.sg within 14 working days of receiving the item(s) together with your order number and the size you wish to exchange your item for. An exchange will be facilitated only if stocks are available. In the event that requested item(s) are out of stock, an online credit note will be issued accordingly. 


Incorrect Item Sent

In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will be more than happy to process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered. We regret to inform you that in the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.


Defective Items

In the event that you have received a defective item, please kindly email our customer care team at contact@purpur.com.sg with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field. However, please kindly note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 14 working days from date of original invoice issued. 

In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.
